In 2015 Basic Food Flavors will add a second continuous belt dryer and evaporator to bring an additional 20,000,000 lbs. of capacity to the industry. “We receive many calls this time of year due to competitor product shortages, and it’s nice to be able to help our customers out of a jam by having enough stock on hand to match those products” explains David Wood, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Our continued investment into this market will allow us to maintain this positive stock position for many years to come”.
In addition, this increased capacity will allow Basic Food Flavors to expand production of their growing Natural Flavor line which are used to create Beefy, Fatty and all around Savory notes while maintaining a consumer friendly label.
Basic is also pleased to confirm their re-certification of SQF Level 3, Edition 7.2.
