Parmovo manufactures desugared spray dried and pasteurized egg white in their BRC certified facility. The Food Preparation, egg white has good whipping ability and good foam stability and is suitable for bakery and confectionery applications. It has an advantage of easy storage, better handling and shelf life compared to liquid product. The Food Preparation powder contains calcium sulfate as an anti-cake, flow agent.
Parmovo’s Food Preparation powder is Kosher and non-GMO certified. The product is available in limited quantity.
