Under this new partnership, Skidmore is now selling:
- Truvia – A natural zero-calorie sweetener made from rebiana, the best-tasting part of the stevia leaf.
- Zerose® erythritol – A natural, zero calorie bulk sweetener with a taste and functionality similar to sucrose.
- Treha® Trehalose – A naturally occurring, non-reducing disaccharide that offers unique functionality as compared to other saccharides commonly used in food and beverages.
- Oliggo-Fiber™ Inulin – A soluble fiber known as the “invisible fiber,” which is derived from the chicory root and can be incorporated into most foods or beverages without affecting their taste or texture.
