Guardian® TOCO 30P is an alternative to synthetic antioxidants, and is effective in a variety of applications, particularly low-moisture foods such as cereals, snack foods, baked and extruded foods, and protein meals.
GUARDIAN® TOCO 30P is convenient, easy-to-use and ideal for applications where liquid tocopherols present operational challenges. It allows direct addition and homogeneous incorporation of tocopherols with other dry ingredients, and the equipment clean-up is relatively easy.
