It’s that time again! The IFT Annual Event and Food Expo begins June 2 in New Orleans.
Food and Beverage industry professionals from around the globe will converge on ‘The Big Easy,’ for presentations, short courses and panel discussions, as well as thousands of exhibits and endless networking opportunities.
The show is expecting more than 17,000 attendees. There are more than 100 scientific presentations and 600 research poster presentations scheduled over the four days.

Exhibit hours are as follows:
- Monday, June 3 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 4 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 5 – 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
