Customer-Centric, value-added solutions are the foundation to Skidmore’s success. As we look to the future we are working hard to find and retain the right people, in the right positions to keep our suppliers happy, and our customers happier. Several talented new employees have joined our team recently who share our passion for helping our partners reach their goals.
Let us introduce to you our new Customer Service Representatives:
Donna Hemmer. Donna’s customer service responsibilities allow her communication acumen to shine through. Because her career was built in customer service and sales roles, she is an expert at understanding what our customers need, and how to get things done! She brings to Skidmore knowledge of global logistics and a passion for building relationships and helping customers.
Trisha Holtman joined the Skidmore team January 2020. Trisha is responsible for processing customer orders. She enjoys working with our customers and helping to keep them updated on their order status. When not at Skidmore, Trisha enjoys working with horses, and attending softball games with her husband.
Leeanna Wesley also joined our team in January. She is new to the food industry and has had a career in customer service roles. For Leeanna, the best part of customer service is “exceeding customer expectations, and making their day!” We are excited to have another team member who shares our passion for helping our customers succeed.
A New Inside Sales Rep has also joined our team:
Ben Spain joined our team in January as an Inside Sales Representative. Ben has a BS in Food and Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati, and a culinary arts degree from Cincinnati State. Before joining our team, Ben worked in regulatory documentation for Givaudan Flavors, and has a technical background working with sweet and savory ingredients.
Ben is passionate about food, and our customers are sure to benefit from his breath of knowledge.
