As you might expect, SHIFT20, the virtual event hosted by the Institute of Food Technologist’s (IFT) spotlighted many emerging trends, demonstrated the best and exclusive range of food ingredients. There were Bakery and Confectionery products, Soft drinks, Fruit juices, Distilled Water, Alcoholic drinks, Groceries, Dairy products, Cheeses, Food supplements, Aromatizes, Ingredients, Spices, Frozen foods, Vegetables and fruits, Canned food, Dietetic product manufactures, as well as equipment manufacturers, and industry research experts exhibiting in the new virtual platform.
What you may not expect is that while the show’s official dates were July 13-15, 2020, registrants have access to the droves of information, new product showcase, and featured sessions and presentations for the next year!
With hundreds of exhibitors, hundreds of new ingredients, and many recorded sessions focusing on the topics that mean the most in the food industry, registrants can be inspired and inspire, can gain insights and gather intel, and where you can hear the latest research and see the most innovative products for months to come.
