Skidmore’s FreshTaste™ premium brand is composed of a selection of juice powders. These juice powders are unique blends of real fruit juice and cold-pressed oils that have been spray-dried to a powder form. FreshTaste™ offers these four flavors:

FreshTaste™ Juice Powders are also a versatile and dynamic product, being useful in several applications, including for beverages, baked goods, and confectionery as well as meat and poultry, soups and salad dressings, and snacks and cereals.
Alongside FreshTaste™ products, Skidmore Sales & Distributing also offers Skidmore Flavor Stabilizers (SFS) which are able to replace or augment synthetic antioxidants in meat and poultry products. SFS is a family of products, specially processed as a dry blend of natural spice extractives with synergistic ingredients. All ingredients for these products are USDA approved as natural flavoring.
SFS is available in both oil-soluble and water-soluble forms to ensure its practicality for your individual needs. This product was specifically designed by the Skidmore team to be used with pre-rigor materials. It was also designed as a very low-flavor product for use with mildly seasoned products like low-fat beef and/or injected beef steaks and roasts.
