Greg has been in the food industry since 1990 with experience in technical service, R&D with packaging, meat processing and ingredient suppliers (domestic and international) and in sales.
The technical service and R&D experience provided Greg with a diverse background in all aspects of the food industry. Prior to joining Skidmore in 2006, Greg worked as a Regional Account Manager with Solae.
Greg has a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from The Ohio State University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Meat Science from Iowa State University.
