Gretchen joined our Sales team in March 2020. She brings more than 20 years in the food industry. Her areas of expertise include sauces & dressings, nutritional ingredients, beverage, confections, and bakery. She has gained insight into the industry through QA/QC, Technical Service, R&D and Application roles. In her most recent position, she worked in beverage applications for a global color company.
She has a BS in Food Science from Clemson University and a MS in Food Science and Nutrition from Auburn University.
Gretchen enjoys building customer relationships while troubleshooting and finding solutions as opportunities arise.
In her free time, she loves traveling, reading and, being a true foodie, she’s always up for culinary adventure!
