Jacob joined our team in February 2020.  He’s responsible for the Quality and Safety programs in our West Chester, OH facility.

He previously held the position of Quality Manager at Bettera Brands. He joins Skidmore with nearly ten years of experience in the food industry, bringing a background in Infant Formula, Aseptic Nutritional Products, Pet Food, and Dietary Supplements.  He’s passionate about quality and continuous improvement, and how those programs pay long-term dividends to the customer.

Jacob has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Anderson University, and holds certificates for SQF and PCQI.

In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and gardening.
