Sales Assistant: Katie Comello
Karen Dewitt began her career in the food industry in 1977. She joined Skidmore in 1988, as part of our Sales team. Prior to working with us, Karen taught at the University of Cincinnati in the Culinology Department for five years. In addition to her dedication to sales at Skidmore, she has also worked in savory flavor creation and quality control.
Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Food Processing and Technology from The Ohio State University. She participates in OVIFT, and has held numerous offices including Chairperson. She is a current board member and officer of Women in Flavor and Fragrance, Cincinnati chapter.
