Marlene joined our team in February 2017.  She has many years of experience in customer service and human resources. She enters orders and updates customers of their order and shipping status. 

Marlene wins customer loyalty by building strong relationships and resolving complex issues. Communicating with customers and giving them clear information on their order status and peace of mind is what she likes the most about her job.

Marlene enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and anything Disney.

As a Document Administrator, she handles customer requests for product information.  She’s looking forward to continuing to learn as much as possible and will strive to become the “go to” person for general questions from customers, suppliers and co-workers. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and trips to Lake Cumberland, KY.
