Misti joined our customer service team in November 2020 and has worked in the food ingredient industry for almost 3 years. Her prior experience includes Givaudan and Frutarom/IFF. She has 15 years of customer service experience in product manufacturing and health insurance as well as marketing experience. Misti believes that customer service is the heart of any business success, which is why she has chosen this as her career path.
She has a Master’s in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
