Tim joined our team in 2020 as a Regional Sales Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in the food industry working in R&D, Technical Service and Commercial roles with the Food Research Institute (University of Wisconsin), Pfizer Food Science, Chr. Hansen, Inc., Glanbia Nutritionals and Idaho Milk Products.
He has vast experience in functional ingredients that include cultures, enzymes, natural colors, antioxidants, hydrocolloids, proteins, and carbohydrates for Dairy, Meat, Sauces and Salad Dressings and Sports Nutrition.
Tim desires to learn and develop mutually beneficial solutions for long term partnerships. He has a BS degree in Microbiology from University of Wisconsin. His love of science started at an early age where he loved to explore and understand the outdoors.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family, becoming a foodie, and staying active.
